Winner: 1 (one) winner will be selected in total.

Prize Shipping: Any shipping costs up to the value of $175 AUD will be paid for, within Australia only.

By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform. Entrants completely release Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform from any and all liability relating to the Promotion.

In addition, Coles, and Coles brands including but not limited to Coles Express, Coles Local, Coles Group, Coles Best Buy Online Exclusive, are also defined as independent and not a promoter or sponsor, endorser or administrator of the promotion. Entrants completely release Coles and Coles brands from any and all liability relating to the Promotion.

Terms & Conditions Details

The Promotion closes at 11:59pm AEDT Monday 27th January 2025. No late entries will be accepted.
Entry is open to current residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over.
To enter the competition, entrants must purchase 1 (one) or more eligible Gourmet Saba products at Coles (https://www.coles.com.au/) online or instore and provide proof of purchase via the competition entry form.
Entrants are eligible to enter the competition as many times as they like during the Promotional Period. A single receipt constitutes a single entry into the competition.
The receipt uploaded must include the date, store name, transaction number, item(s) purchased, and the total amount. All details must be legible. File(s) uploaded must be 2MB or smaller. Where information is invalid or ineligible, the entry will be void.
Each eligible purchase made must be entered into the competition individually. Bulk uploads will not be accepted.
Entry into the competition must be completed online.

Entry into the Promotion is through completing all of the following:
Purchase at least 1 (one) valid product from the Gourmet Saba range, from any Coles store in Australia, or through Coles Online, AND
Complete the Promotion form found on the Gourmet Saba competition page, including first name, last name, phone number, valid email address, Coles receipt number and receipt upload (as proof of purchase)

There will be 1 (one) Prize available. Prize of a Benzina Zero V-50 Electric Scooter is valued at $2,499 and includes shipping to a residential address within Australia only. Prize is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
The Prize will be shipped to the Winner, at the Promoter's expense up to the value of $175 AUD, within Australia, within 30 days of the Winner accepting the Prize. This will occur within 30 business days of confirmation. The Promoter accepts no liability for delays, loss of package or damage caused, in the shipment of the Prize to the Winner.

1 (one) Winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter on 28 January 2025. There will be no (zero) Runner Up prize winners. The Winner will be notified by email as supplied in the competition entry form and announced on @gourmetsaba Instagram.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
If the winner is uncontactable 7 days from the draw date, the winner will forfeit their right to claim the prize and within 7 days the Promoter will redraw another winner.
The decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize or chosen Winner.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using any Prize, and for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
